regarding ur prob,nampak gaya akak kena buat practical
history taking la nie.kena tanya jadi since
bila,characteristic of pain,buat system review,tanya
pasal med dengan past medical history,social
history...etc..etc...
without much info,i can do nothing much =)

the prob could be due to disrupted bio-clock sbb time
exam dulu tidur tak teratur [ie:badan hilang pattern
tidur].but i wouldn't say insomnia without a med
interview with the patient =)
tummy pain could be from the lack of sleep.lack of
sleep-->distress-->increase in gastric[chemicals dalam
perut,eg:enzyme,HCL] secretion-->may result in extra
contraction-->sakit perut.

but no worries.quite normal to happen.after-exam
disorder =)

try warm milk/milo sebelum tidur.or maybe hot bath.
